What we collect
- What you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the town or area you serve, plus your answers to our timeline question and audit survey.
- Calls and texts: if you call our AI demo line, (343) 504-5144, we receive your phone number and the content of the call, which may be recorded or transcribed.
- Basic site data: your browser type, device, pages viewed, approximate location and how you got to the site, collected through the tools listed below.
Why we collect it
- To prepare and send your free missed-call audit.
- To contact you about it, including by text if you ticked the text consent box.
- To provide, support and improve our services, and to measure whether our advertising works.
Service providers we use
We use the following providers to run the site and the service. Some of them use cookies or similar technology.
- GoHighLevel (customer records, email and text messaging): privacy policy
- Cloudflare (website hosting and form processing): privacy policy
- Meta Pixel (advertising measurement): privacy policy
- Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps that show how visitors use the site): privacy policy
You can limit cookies and tracking in your browser settings.
Text messaging and your mobile number
We only text you about your audit, your booking and our services, and only if you agreed. Your mobile number and your text consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to deal with you, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. If you ask us to delete it, we will, except where we have to keep something by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time by emailing hello@grassrootsmedia.io.
Canadian and US visitors
We are based in Ontario, Canada, and handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you are in the United States, your information is processed in Canada and in the United States by the providers above. We do not sell personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
