This website is for information only. It is not an offer to sell you anything. Our services are provided under a separate agreement or order between you and us, which sets out what you are buying.

Pricing

Our fees are based on results. We only get paid on the sales we help bring in. How results are measured and when we are paid is set out in the separate agreement or order between you and us.

No guarantee of results

We build and run the system carefully, but we cannot promise any particular number of calls answered, jobs booked or dollars earned. Results depend on your business, your market and many things outside our control. Carrier approval for business texting (A2P registration) is decided by the carriers, not by us, and affects when texting can go live.

Free missed-call audit

The audit and any figures it shows are rough guides based on the numbers you enter. They are estimates, not predictions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost jobs arising from your use of this website, and our liability for anything arising from this website is limited to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
